Product Information & Accuracy

Products

All Pokemon Zoology prints, posters and books are printed from original artwork by Joshua Dunlop, who digitally sculpts, renders and finishes each piece by hand. Our collectable models are 3D printed from his original designs. Small variations in colour, texture and finish between items are normal and are not defects.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate colours and descriptions of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product colours. All measurements and specifications are approximate.

Availability

Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer alternatives or process a full refund.

Errors & Omissions

Although we make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information on the Pokemon Zoology website are accurate, the site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. These may relate to product details, pricing, stock levels, shipping information, or safety guidance. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you to allow you to proceed with the amended details or receive a full refund.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order completion. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

Safety Disclaimer

All Pokemon Zoology items are decorative items created for collectors, display, and light, careful handling only. These products are not toys, not suitable for practical use, and not designed for children, as some items may include small parts or pointed features. Our collectable models are display pieces for adult collectors. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14. They may have small parts and fine or pointed details, so please keep them away from young children. This does not affect your statutory rights. Pokemon Zoology accepts no responsibility for any injury, misuse, or damage resulting from handling the products in any manner inconsistent with their intended decorative purpose. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these safety guidelines.

Shipping & Delivery

UK Shipping Only

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery is 5-7 business days from dispatch. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

Risk of Loss

We send orders by Royal Mail. Your order stays at our risk until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Product Designs

Our original product designs, including Art, Books, Posters, sculptures, display pieces, props, packaging, and other handcrafted creations are protected by copyright and, where applicable, unregistered design rights.

User Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials or other content relating to our products, you grant Pokémon Zoology a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content for marketing, promotional and customer service purposes.
